In March 2016, our company was approved by Tongzhou Bay Jianghail Linkage Development Demonstration Area in Jiangsu province attracted investment as titanium dioxide fine processing of major projects.After investigation by local leaders, our company purchased nearly 80 mu of land in the north side of Changjiang road and the east side of Huanghai road in Tongzhou bay Binhai industrial park of Nantong city, Jiangsu province in June 2016, and built its own plant of 51,660 square meters. On October 13, 2016, our company was registered and established in the east side of huanghai road,north side of changjiang road,tongzhou bay jianghai linkage development demonstration area, Jiangsu province, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.Our company is approved to produce and sell titanium dioxide fine processing series products. The company has maintained the existing production technology of the former Shanghai company, and invested 50 million yuan in the construction of production facilities and the addition of production equipment, in order to make titanium dioxide finishing more scientific and reasonable. The production scale of the company has been greatly improved on the basis of the former Shanghai company. The production equipment is also more advanced. The production technology and product quality has been guaranteed and breakthrough.The company has set up a product research and development team, with professional advanced testing instruments and testing personnel.Our company also has ten thousand levels of microbial testing and physical and chemical testing laboratory. At present, the domestic titanium dioxide post-processing and manufacturing enterprises are relatively small in scale and weak in technical strength, which has caused concern to users.This situation has a negative impact on the whole titanium dioxide post-processing industry.Therefore, the titanium dioxide post-processing project invested by our company has the characteristics of large scale, prominent content, complete varieties and high standards, which can play the role of a mainstay of fine titanium dioxide in the domestic and international markets. The company has a 100,000 class (D class) standard air purification titanium dioxide production workshop for pharmaceutic adjuvant materials.We have professional production equipment, professional technical personnel and management personnel, and strictly monitor and manage the production of products in accordance with the relevant requirements of “specifications for the quality management of pharmaceutical adjuvant materials production”.The product quality meets (or exceeds) the technical standards of “Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015”. The company has a chemical fiber titanium dioxide workshop, with an annual output of 30,000 tons, and its quality exceeds the industry standard. The company has built a special production line of titanium dioxide for acetate fiber, with an annual output of 8000 tons.The quality of products is the same as that of titanium dioxide for acetate fiber produced in Germany and Japan.Some measures are even tougher than Germanys. The company has a special workshop for food grade titanium dioxide, with an annual output of 5,000 tons.Shanghai Jianghu Titanium White Product Co., Ltd,as the predecessor of our company, it is the drafting committee of “the national standard of food additive titanium dioxide”. Mr. Xie yiyuan, the former chairman of the company, is one of the main drafters of the standard. The company has a new food additive calcium hydroxide workshop. Its annual output is 5,000 tons.The annual output of the compound coloring agent (highly dispersity) workshop is 1000 tons.The annual output of the compound coloring emulsifier workshop is 800 tons.The annual output of compound coloring accessory ingredient is 1000 tons.Each product has its own special production line. During the global financial crisis, the company faced a loss of about 15 million RMB, yet it retained all employees and successfully launched several new products, including cosmetic-grade titanium dioxide, nano cosmetic slurry titanium dioxide, and colored titanium dioxide (red, yellow, black). From 2007 to 2009, the company donated over 2 million RMB in several installments to Shuangfeng County, Hunan Province.

Invested 38 million RMB to establish several new workshops, including food-grade titanium dioxide, active industrial titanium dioxide, slurry titanium dioxide, cosmetic-grade titanium dioxide, calcium hydroxide, and active aluminum hydroxide. By the end of 2008, the Huacao Town (Minhang District) operations were fully relocated to the Fengxian base. The year also marked the 25th anniversary of the company’s founding, celebrated with a special ceremony where Mr. Xie Yiyuan delivered a keynote technical speech.

With expanding operations, the company entered a joint venture with a Taiwan partner to establish Shanghai Jianghu Titanium White Chemical Products Co., Ltd. In the same year, the company purchased real estate worth 10 million RMB and relocated from Tongzhou Road to No. 178 Hailun Road, owning over 1,100 m² of office space and 1,500 m² of dormitory facilities. That year, the company was falsely accused of trademark infringement by an individual named Lin Can from the Minhang District Administration for Industry and Commerce. Despite defamatory media reports, independent testing in Japan confirmed that Jianghu’s R930 titanium dioxide matched the quality of equivalent Japanese products. The Shanghai Intermediate People’s Court ultimately overturned the original verdict, upholding the company’s reputation. Loyal customers continued to trust and recommend Jianghu’s products, for which the company expressed deep gratitude.
